AC Hotel Atlanta Airport Gateway

AC was a couple blocks from the gateway station but the front desk staff quickly arrived to pick me up. I had no complaints with the check-in, the room, or with the restaurant. The restaurant staff was friendly, the food quality was good, and the bartender even offered to bring out a bottle of allocated bourbon,vand charged a fair price. Minus 1 star for lack of directions and the hotel being a 2 block walk. Left too early for breakfast and apparently no concierge lounge, strange for a high end Marriott, but perhaps the better Marriott of the ones adjacent to the gateway station.

I’m sort of a regular at this hotel. Great location and solid staff. The ladies who work the bar are excellent. Great service and personalities. Much love to the chef as well. The food is excellent. It’s always fresh and flavorful. I think the Chef’s name is Brandon. He’s precise. The rooms are comfortable. It’s important that housekeeping don’t get slack with through cleanings. I’ve seen hair in the sink & showers from a previous stay or time or 2. That’s off putting. Cleanliness is super important. Aside from that, it’s an excellent hotel!

This is a great hotel for a quick overnight in Atlanta. I've stayed here half a dozen times. Staff is always welcoming and friendly, and the rooms are always clean. The gym is also really nice and has a filtered water dispenser, towels, etc. I've heard bad things about the restaurant value, but I've never eaten there.

Was here for a conference, rooms and lobby were all immaculately clean. The bartenders in the evening were lovely, Brenda specifically took great care of us will certainly return again if the opportunity presents itself.

Very close to the airport train and parking decks - convenience is key. The rooms were very modern, comfortable and reasonably priced. The staff, despite our late night arrival, was welcoming and friendly. Checkout was simple despite leaving in the early hours of the morning for our flight. Will consider future stays here when flying out of Atlanta’s domestic terminal.

The gateway hotels are always really great location if you’re needing to get to the airport. I also never felt unsafe here. The rooms are very clean, updated, modern and spacious. Everything seemed very up to date. The room was extremely quiet even though right next to the planes landing. My only complaint was they do not have room service, even though it was advertised in the room that they do. I don’t care that there isn’t room service, but then it shouldn’t be advertised like there is.

I stayed in this hotel for the first time two days ago. Needed to catch an early morning flight the next day. Ate at the lobby bar which was decent. The lobby music level is off the charts. Not sure why all these new hotels want the music so loud. I could barely hear the person at the front desk talking over the music. They didn't seem to be bothered. Luckily the hotel room was quiet and I slept well.

Every time I come to this hotel, the staff is always so friendly and nice. One staff member especially stands out by always having a warm smile on her face, happy attitude, and above and beyond customer service!! Her name is Jazzlyn and she takes this hotel to another level when it comes to customer satisfaction. Her kindness is so appreciated. Thank you, Jazzlyn!!
